In 2025, diversity and inclusion are facing unprecedented politicisation, challenges, and even silence in certain corners. Yet, rather than retreat, we choose to evolve and strengthen these essential principles.
DxI symbolises *diversity linked with *inclusion. When united, these powerful forces cultivate true belonging and pave the path toward equity—this is why we must amplify them.
The DxI Forum isn't about abandoning our mission; it's about highlighting it. The title of the Forum reflect our current reality: sometimes, language must adapt, but our core values remain unwavering.
