Join the Latvian Diversity Charter

Steps to join the Latvian Diversity Charter:

  1. Read the Latvian Diversity Charter;
  2. Analyse if your company, organization or institution have included in your strategic vision the principles of the Latvian Diversity Charter;
  3. Make sure that your company, organisation or institution is not involved in active disputes or court cases regarding discrimination or workplace safety;
  4. Receive the invitation for the conversation and join the Latvian Diversity Charter.

If your company, organisation or institution is willing to implement the fundamental principles of the Latvian Diversity Charter, please join the Charter and send us an official e-mail expressing your interest to sign the Latvian Diversity Charter. We will review every expression of interest and its commitment towards the Latvian Diversity Charter:

  • We will analyse if a company, organisation or institution is not involved in pending employment discrimination cases;
  • We will analyse if a company, organisation or institution is not involved in convictions violating the rights of employees and is not suspected of inhumane work conditions;
  • We will analyse if a company, organisation or institution is not publicly standing for limiting the rights of any diversity groups.
